My Moon Water Ritual

On 30 July 2026, I sat under the luminous Aquarius Full Moon, a moon that invited us to release what no longer fits the woman we are becoming. Aquarius asks us to think beyond old identities, outdated roles, and limiting beliefs. It whispers,

“You don’t have to keep being who you were just because that’s who you’ve always been.”

It encourages authenticity, freedom, community, and stepping courageously into the next chapter of ourselves.

The week I have had after this has been extremely cleansing to say the least.

After collecting my moon water beneath her silver light, I began weaving it into my daily rituals. Moon water doesn’t have to be complicated, it simply becomes a sacred reminder to slow down and bring intention into ordinary moments.

Here are some of my favourite ways to use it

WHY YOU ARE REALLY HERE… there are no mistakes!

Welcome to Wise Women Temple my Love.

There is something ancient that awakens when women gather, if you haven’t felt it you’re about to.

Not because we all think the same, believe the same, or walk the same path, but because something softens when we realise we don’t have to carry everything alone.

I just had a conversation with my friend who lives a couple of hours from me. She’s the first time Mum and she is doing it alone.

For thousands of years, women gathered around fires, in kitchens, in forests, beside rivers, under the moon. I say this at the beginning of every women’s circle.

We gathered to birth babies, to grieve our losses, to celebrate our joys, to share remedies, recipes, stories, dreams, intuition and wisdom. We reminded one another who we were.

Hey New Members,

I am over the moon you are here…

Just dropping in on this beautiful Saturday evening to say welcome to the newbies.

Let me know in the comments below with a heart or something you’re celebrating or maybe something you’re grateful for so I can see you.

As promised, I’m going let you know what I do with my full moon water.

My husband thinks that’s a bit nuts, but I can sense that he’s intrigued.

I will pop back in the next couple of days and share.
