A New Chapter…

I’ve been sitting with this for a while.

And today, I’m ready to tell you.

After more than three decades of supporting women through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, motherhood, healing, ceremony, massage, doula work, trainings, circles, retreats and all the many threads that have woven through my work…

I am stepping away from doing all the things.

I’m not disappearing.

Why Aren’t You Talking to Your Inner Child?

There is a little girl inside you who is still waiting to be remembered.

Not fixed.

Not analysed.

Not judged.

Remembered.

The Last Morning in Our Family Home

This morning, I woke to the sound of kookaburras.

And for the last time, I listened to them from this home that has held our family for the past 11 years.

Today, this house is no longer our home.

There is something incredibly emotional about saying that.

11 years of memories live within these walls.

On 30 July 2026, I sat under the luminous Aquarius Full Moon, a moon that invited us to release what no longer fits the woman we are becoming. Aquarius asks us to think beyond old identities, outdated roles, and limiting beliefs. It whispers,

“You don’t have to keep being who you were just because that’s who you’ve always been.” 

It encourages authenticity, freedom, community, and stepping courageously into the next chapter of ourselves.

The week I have had after this has been extremely cleansing to say the least.

After collecting my moon water beneath her silver light, I began weaving it into my daily rituals. Moon water doesn’t have to be complicated, it simply becomes a sacred reminder to slow down and bring intention into ordinary moments.
