An on-call period 1-week postnatal offering a full range of support. Breastfeeding, nutrition advice, aromatherapy, baby massage, complete debriefing & referrals where needed.

This support can be personalised to your individual needs & booked after an elective c-section also.

 

My offerings include:

• A Birth debrief session

• A full body Massage and Reflexology 1 hour (additional sessions can be booked for $180 per session )

• Nourishing postnatal food, including snacks & herbal drinks, adjusted to support any food allergies or preferences you may have. Menu & meal planning will be discussed together

Your Post Natal Doula services can start from day one after Birth, dates and personal needs are subject to change, I basically flow with you

 

Within the six-week time frame, there will be six visits, approximately two hours each, subject to change in alignment with your needs.

Imagine returning a baby shower to what it originally was - a beautiful Mother Blessing is where the mum is gifted recognition from her mother, grandmother, friends and sisters for her strength and power in her ability to Birth her baby gently and calmly.

 

Traditionally a Navajo Indian ceremony honouring Maiden to Mother.

 

There are many ways to honour the Birthing Woman, language from your heart seems to be the most powerful and unforgettable and the words she will draw on when it’s time to Birth.

 

A birthing bracelet intertwined all together with prayer and tied off and worn by her sisters until the birthing day where it is released and all the energy is returned to the mum during birth.

Closing of the Bones brings back ancient Mexican ceremony offered by Midwives into our modern day.

 

In some cultures, it is believed that the woman's spirit will leave her body during labour & childbirth to collect their baby, bringing them back earthside.

​

The Closing of the Bones is a beautiful ceremony using authentic traditional rebozos ( Mexican scarves ) where we wrap her body so she feels held to then release through the spoken word in the ceremony. It is offered around six weeks post Birth to invite the spirit of the woman back into her body & an opportunity to release any trauma she may have experienced.

​

It is deeply relaxing, healing & purposeful after Birth.

Closing of the Bones can be a ceremony offered to a woman at any time in her life. Rites of passage like menopause, turning of age & closing off anything you feel you need to sever ties to.

 

Includes a full Birth debrief, herbal tea, Reiki, a ritual of your choice, e.g., journalling, labyrinth, womb massage using my handmade aromatherapy womb balm in the comfort of your own home.

 

This is a potent healing ceremony for Women.
