Becoming a Doula is a unique training program that will give you the tools you need to support women and their families during an intensely transitional time in their lives. You will gain everything you need to know to have a fulfilling career in the Birth space ~ no matter where they choose to Birth, whether it is as a Birth Doula or a Postpartum Doula.

During the 6 online sessions via Zoom, you will gain a deeper understanding of yourself to become a Postpartum Doula. We cover everything you need to know to be a confident Postpartum Doula running your own business.

This journey is guided by traditional healing tools and practical skills for your personal growth to clear pathways for the Birth of you as a Doula.

REQUIREMENTS

Full Commitment & attend all 6 zoom sessions
Complete 3 Books & submit a book review on each ( titles given on enrolment )
Attend 3 Births as a Student Doula or postpartum Doula support
Be paid $500 for that student Birth from the couple that book you.
Complete All Course Assignments
Completion of all assigned Journaling & homework

Are the sessions recorded if I miss one?

Yes

Can I be a home birth Doula or Free Birth Doula only?
Yes, we will provide you with training to move freely within the scope of Birthing. You will discover your unique ability to tap into your heart's desire to support the Birth experience for all involved.

How do I get my three trainee Births?
Our training will support you with learning how to develop a client base. As a student Doula, we will teach you how to connect with community, friends, and family as a Birthing expert. We also share ways to promote on social media and other platforms such as workshops, women's circles, blessing ways, and more.

Do I have to have had a vaginal Birth to be a Doula?
No

Can I be just a postnatal Doula?
Yes

How many hours is this training?
6 days intensive from 9am-4pm each day (1 hour lunch break between 12pm-1pm)

How do I pay the balance?
You can pay your balance via a bank transfer and there are also payment plans available.

Must I be paid in full before I begin the program?
No, just the non refundable deposit is required. A 10% discount is granted on fill payments

What if I miss part of the course? How do I make up the work?
We encourage you to complete all coursework as scheduled. If you miss a session you can attend the same module in a future course. However, all modules must be completed for graduation.

What is the refund policy?
No refunds.

Yes transferable to someone else on discussion & approval.
