We begin by opening our hearts with a nourishing Cacao Ceremony as we guide you through some beautiful self inquiry prompts and practices. 

Allowing you to feel that reconnection back to self. 

You will be nurtured and held in ceremony by the wisdom and care of women and your own feminine power, as you give yourself permission to soften into your practice. 

We complete our journey with a nourishing meal, allowing you to feel grounded and stable as we part ways.
