One day Retreat for Mama

This offering has been waiting in the wings for a while now, I am so pleased to be launching the first of many Retreats for Mama. 

Nestled deep in nature in Northern NSW you will fall in love with this retreat space. I have! 

This one-day retreat will be full of ceremonies, self-connection, pregnancy yoga, meditation, song alchemy, Q&A, real Birth talk, Birth videos, postpartum planning & so much more. 

We will share a home-cooked lunch full of nourishment including the needs of all dietary requirements. 

On registration, please notify us of any dietary requirements you may have.

If you are coeliac please notify us.

Herbal teas & snacks will be flowing all day.

It is my intention that as you accept this invitation you will journey to a place within that you may not have discovered yet and leave this one-day retreat feeling rejuvenated and reconnected to yourself and your ancient Birthing wisdom that is just waiting to be tapped back into.

This will be a beautiful time for you to connect deeper with your baby to be able to Birth together in deep love. 

When your birthing day arrives, you will be able to drop right back into the space that you created on this Retreat. 

It will become a familiar place of knowledge, power and self-knowing.

Time: 8 am, Opening Ceremony 

Cost: $245 per person, all-inclusive
