Hypnobirthing Classes, a 5 week programme ( 1 class a week for 5 weeks HypnoBirthing is a series of birthing techniques that focuses on self-hypnosis( deep relaxation ) through an array of techniques to help the women feel relaxed and physically, mentally and spiritually prepared during childbirth

About This Event

The group classes are held in the evenings from 6:30 pm in Currumbin at The Light House
Each class runs for 2 to 2.5 hours with a small break in between.
The group classes are a 5-week program with 1 class per week running consecutively on the same day/time each week.
$650 per couple. incl. gst
payment is due before class starts- details in the group welcome email
be sure to commit to the 5 sessions -birth is a big event & as my classe are full it is near inpossible to jumo unit one
Alternitvley you can do a private session with me ( this incures a cost )
