HypnoBirthing is as much a philosophy of birth as it is a technique for achieving a satisfying, relaxing and stress-free calm birth.

This amazing antenatal class teaches you, along with your birth partner, the art and joy of experiencing birth in a more comfortable manner, and prepares you for early parenting.

Our program teaches mothers to birth with instinct. You will learn how to call upon your body and minds own resources, and therefore lessen, or even eliminate, discomfort and the need for medication.

When you are properly prepared for childbirth and when the mind and body are in harmony, nature is free to function in the same well-designed manner that it does with all mothers in nature.

Through self-hypnosis, special breathing and visualisation techniques, HypnoBirthing® The Mongan Method teaches you to release fear and trust your body’s ability to birth instinctively.

I have been teaching this program for 2 1/2 years now to many couples and have loved every minute. All the couples I teach feel this should be a mandatory program for every expecting couple.

I am deeply passionate about empowering couples so that they are well-informed on their birthing day and can take charge of their birth success and really enjoy the journey to meeting their baby...

The group classes are

$650 per couple with a $100 non-refundable deposit

It runs for five consecutive weeks /one class per week each class is 2 1/2 hours

Every couple receive the Mongan Method HB book comprehensive professionally written handouts for each unit the MP3 download for daily practice towards a calm and positive birth & my extensive experience as a Doula and Hypnobirthing childbirth educator .
