HypnoBirthing at The Light House with Gianne
Hypnobirthing is a 5 week program -1 class a week for 5 weeks Ideally starting around 20/24 weeks, a series of Birthing techniques that focuses on self-hypnosis deep relaxation through an array of techniques to help the women feel relaxed physically mentally and spiritually prepared for childbirth.

About This Event
You are going to have so much fun learning how to Birth your bub.
YES you already know how, I get to remind you.
I am Gianne a Doula, a Yoga teacher & HypnoBirthing educator.
Once you have secured your spot here with the non -refundable payment of $100 (that’s for both of you ) you will receive the group email with all the further class details including how to pay the balance.
The group classes are held in the evenings from 6:30 pm at The Light House Currumbin.
Each class runs for 2 to 2.5 hours with a small break in between.
