Hypnobirthing is a 5 week program -1 class a week for 5 weeks Ideally starting around 20/24 weeks, a series of Birthing techniques that focuses on self-hypnosis deep relaxation through an array of techniques to help the women feel relaxed physically mentally and spiritually prepared for childbirth

Gianne will be teaching this incredible programme to you along side me.
Gianne is a qualified Doula & Yoga teacher.
