Anyone interested in learning more about Ayurveda, their body, and self-care practices, conceiving, expecting, or anyone interested in understanding the Ayurvedic wellness principles for their own Pregnancy and Birth!  

What will I receive? 

A printed manual, herbs, oils and an online portal to resources. 

A home-cooked Ayurvedic Lunch (recipe provided) and Ayurvedic herbal teas

A full day of immersing yourself in a loving and healing environment with like-minded Women at the sacred Light House.
