A Day with Dr Oscar Serrallach SOLD OUT

Join Dr Oscar Serrallach (Author of The Postnatal Depletion Cure) for a one day workshop exploring the nature of Postnatal Depletion: 

What is it? Why does it happen? How can we prevent it, and how do we heal from it?

Through the doorways of the above questions, we will explore the unique biology of a woman through pregnancy, birth and in the postpartum phase; we will look at what wisdom we can draw on from Traditional Cultures; we will talk about The Nervous System, and what tools we have for balancing it as well as check in with the Sociology of Motherhood and what is going on in our culture that some of our Mothers are experiencing worsening health issues after having children? 

Hosted by The Lighthouse Currumbin, this promises to be a fantastic, fun day with 

Dr Oscar and his partner Caroline - with fascinating talk sessions, mixed in with some practical sessions, as well as some experiential & embodiment sessions too!

This workshop is suitable for women in pre-conception, pregnancy & post-partum phases, as well as partners too (couples rate available). 

Spaces are limited to 30 participants.

Early bird ends Wednesday 17 th August 5 pm

Participants will leave at the end of the day with much greater awareness of what causes Postnatal Depletion, equipped with practical tools for navigating the post-partum time and a practical workbook of topics and wellness resources to take home.
